I feel like a heel
sometimes i hate doing support. usually it's no big thing, but I really mishandled someone today and feel horrible. he was confused about the service he bought and this guy opened a pretty nasty to begin with support ticket, as I had 50 others today, explaining what he thought he bought and what he did buy are the same; sorry, the fee is nonrefundable or transferrable, I was short in my reply (not rude, just brief & to the point), he got upset, and called on the phone. I tried to explain to him, there is no phone support, please respond using your support ticket.
this guy got pretty belligerent so I responded in like. he said something, and I said you do that and then we *can* sue you for slander since it's not true and you're in FCC violation by making those profane phone threats allegations...then he twisted it to say we *would* sue...and it went downhill from there.
so i said, sir, you just need to use the online form and hung up on him.
ugh.
