I know it doesn't seem like much to gripe about, but my daughter gave me this beautiful purple pullover for Christmas. I only wore it twice, and the second time some punk a$$hole walked right into me with a cig and put a pea-size hole in it. I said, "Hey look what you did to my shirt?" And he said, "So...big f'in deal...what are you gonna do about it?" No apology, nothing...just a filthy mouth from a filthy punk. What hurts the most is I don't see my daughter that much because of our locations and I planned on wearing it to my only granddaughter's 2nd birthday on March 31st. I haven't even had the heart to tell my daughter what happened. That's what is wrong with the world today...too many people just don't care.
Can you or someone you know do embroidery? My mom had to do quite a few clothing repairs due to cigarette burns (all the adults in my family were chain smokers). She covered up quite a few burn holes by doing some fancy embroidery work.
Thanks Maeryn...I do embroidery...and the top has that on the chest area. Cig hole is right in the tummy. I guess everyone knows where I'd like to stick the punk's smoke....GRRRR
lol, for a sec I thought "without a trace .com" was a murder/hit for hire company, lol, they'd get rid of the punk without a trace for doing that. Gotta pay more attention...
