update on my last thread

well today my dh calls this place up and asks if the 4wheeler is done. NOPE of course not.

2 1/2 weeks ago when they were taking the damn thing apart they didnt notice that one part was damaged so they never ordered the part, until today when they were putting it back togeather and then noticed what a wreck it is.


WHAT?!? I dont understand how you cant notice something like that if you are takng it apart peice by peice.


yesterday he said the labor was $250 and the parts were $250, ok I can handle that, today the parts went up to $650. The price went up $400 overnight. plus I am not sure if they are even including this new peice it needs.

Today they said it wont be done till, yup thats right NEXT THURSDAY! They will have the damn 4wheeler for 4 weeks by then and I dont understand what the heck is taking so long. I understand it takes a while, but a month?

Uhm, that is uncool. I read the first thread yesterday and was unable to respond. (((((hugs)))) I think you are getting ripped off myself. It just seems like they are trying to rack up the money here. I mean how can you *not* notice something that badly damaged when taking it apart?? That is lack of professionalism right there. Ack. Sorry about my mini rant........

ttistin, when you go to pick it up tell them that you want every "broken" part that they took off of the thing. If they refuse to give them to you or say that they have already thrown them away then tell them you are going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, Polaris, and every other manufacturer whose product they sell or work on. It sounds to me like they have been screwing you on this.
