Cosco's Fault
I am so mad. First of all, I have been getting COSCO's faxes for months now. The are not supposed to be coming to me. The faxes have tons of info on the shippments, payment info, locations, etc. So I kept getting all of these and I would just throw them away or forget about them. Most of them had no number and I would be too busy to try to figure out who to call (It is not the store COSCO, it is a land, air, sea shipping). But, today i got one with all the info like usual and it had a number, so I called it. The first lady was nice and said that she could not belive it was happening and took my info. Then I ask if I would get reimbursed for all my toner they used up, (I got tons of these faxes) a simple question right, I would have been fine with a simple no. She said hold on and got a manager. The manager got on the phone and went off on me about how I should have called them a long time ago and how she would not have to even worry about a "third party". And, it was my fault and on and on about what I should have done. Then she said "Well send a bill to COSCO, I know you won't get reimbursed" and then she hung up.
There is no one else to call because I called a different # the Head Quarters and it directed me back to the same person. Would you be upset? I thought i was doing them a favor by letting them know they had the wrong fax, I did not even have to do it.
