This is a small whine and a selfish whine, at that.
I don't have a ton of "close" friends. I have 4 in my "real" world that I talk to everyday and go running around with and I have a few friends online that I consider to be my be very close friends.
I had a terrific time yesterday with my friends out playing bingo all day but when I got home and checked my instant mess. and emails...nada. This kinda reminds me of last year.

Ah well. I whined. I don't feel better. I uninstalled trillion and yahoo mess..
This is the internet and I guess you just don't really know anyone....for certain. Or maybe it's pms sneaking up on me along with my terror of flying on the 24th.

i know how you feel, i dont have many friends either and when i get instant messages from people its usually hubbys ex wanting to know what he is doing grrrr

same here. Seems like after high school or college is over no one is around anymore. Consider yourself lucky you have the ones you went to Bingo with. I try to make friends every day. I know I am not a social outcast but dangggg come on. No one ever calls to do anything. No Tupperware parties, no outings to a local bar not even a silly Home Interior Party. GEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZ. I have a few friends I email and my sister (email) but that is it. Besides my son and hubby (who right now is being a jerk again) I talk to no one alllllll day long and it is getting to me........Oh yeah I talk to the cats all the time too. LOL.......
Wonder why people just arent friendly anymore........

I know how ya feel too. I have absolutely no friends besides one in Califonia. Hubby is my best friend, and I trust him sooo much. Previous friends have hurt me so deeply, it is not worth the time and effort to cultivate those type of relationships. ((((JAYD))))

I'm a hermit too! My last friend turned out to be a nut. And I'm still having to deal with it. I'm not talking about a general nuttiness either. This is the type you get a restraining order on.
