I wish I knew how we can find out if our particular cards are affected, they won't disclose the institutions publicly. I'm beginning to think one of mine was affected, I had a bill that was supposed to be paid by Visa( my check card) and when I called the bank's 800 # the money was gone from the acct, but then I got a letter today saying that when they tried to bill for it there was no money left on the card, I guess I'll be on the phone in the morning.

LOL I have a Visa debit and yeah they wouldn't get much, if anything. However I hope they get this fixed soon and CAMS I hope you find your money.

Well if they hacked any of my credit cards, they'll be disappointed that it wasn't worth the trouble! I have consolidated 2 of them & I have 2 that don't have much of a credit line anyway. Hmmm....maybe the hackers will have given me a zero balance due! I know it's a bad joke but at least I can wish for that zero balance!
