    Amazon.........AAAARRGHH!!!

    I have bben trying to place an order since Sunday, and still have not been able to place it. I have emailed them once, and talked to tech support twice, and all they can say is," I am so sorry, we have never seen anything like this before, we are working on it, blah,blah,blah !!" Is anyone else having any problems, or is it just me?

    I couldn't get internet explorer to work for me. So I use Firefox now and haven't had a problem. I've ordered quite a bit the last few months for my husband for Christmas. I hope they get it to work for you soon.

    I haven't had that problem. I just ordered something on Amazon yesterday and it went through fine. It hasn't shipped yet but it's still early.

    In the past 3-4 days I have ordered 3 things from them with no problem.
    Maybe try ordering with a different browser or if your browser is out of date update it.

    I just assume that they took you through the whole process with you on the phone just to make sure you weren't missing a step, cc info, shipping info, etc.

    Yes, we went through the whole process from start to finish twice. We even took everything out of the shopping cart, signed out, then signed back in, put everything back in, and it still won't work. I have never had a problem like this, either, and I am using IE8. I will try firefox, maybe that will work.

    I have never had a problem with Amazon. I just placed an order last night without issue. I use Firefox.
