    My 2nd vent for today

My auctions on Ebay CLEARLY state that I will ONLY ship to a confirmed addy through Paypal. Well, this lady uses the BIN option and ends the auction. She quickly pays and it is an unconfirmed addy. So, I politely send her an email stating the above and I refund her $. She emails me back asking what confirmed means and says that her addy's are the same...blah, blah. I again politely email her back.

THEN, she emails me saying she will NOT get verified. WTF???!! And thanks, but she is off to find another phone. I DONT THINK SO!!! I also accept MO and cashiers checks. I remind her of the binding contract and that she is welcome to pay another way. WELL GUESS WHAT....she just paid again using Paypal AND SHE IS STILL NOT CONFIRMED!!! AAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhh. What is wrong with people? I have tried to explain how easy it is to be confirmed....does she just not get it or what???!!!!

    Okay...enough venting for me today...lol

Refund it again. That is totally rediculous! I would also make her pay for insurance!! This sounds like a nutball ebayer...get the stick!!

You do realize you can set Paypal up to not accept payments from unconfirmed buyers, right? Seems like that would've solved the problem from the very beginning.
