We dont eat alot of meat but it is because of health reasons. The boco burgers are really good and they also have the boco that looks like ground cooked hamburger and you can use it for taco, spaghetti, lasanga, just all kinds of stuff. I dont drink milk, eat cheese or butter..we eat lots of veg. and fruits..I feel alot better eating this way.

My dh has been a vegetarian since he was about 21 (maybe younger..) and he is extremely strong and very healthy. He can lift boxes over his head that many men could not even lift straight up. He is into a total healthy lifestyle where he exercises a lot (and it has rubbed off on me.)

Our son HATES meat, too. I think it is something genetic...

I eat some meat. I could give up beef, but I do like pork and poultry.

Soy milk is great! I love it. It helps in losing weight but you have to be careful because too much and it will give you a stomach ache.

Try cutting down on meat. There are lots of non-meat foods that are good and taste delicious. (Think pastas/pizzas for example)

As long as I don't become allergic to chocolate bars I'm ok. LOL
Renegade my mom is VERY VERY allergic to choclate, something in it makes her sick as a dog.

I caution to ppl if they are goign to try soy milk BE CAREFUL and only have a very small glass until you find out if you body can handle it, my dr says a LOT of ppl are allergic to it, my allergy was so bad I gained 10 lbs of bloating and my throat was swelling closed after a small dixie cup full.
