I believe it cost 60 cents to mail a regular letter but as the others have said take it to the post office just to be sure.

Post office said I addressed it correctily, for ten pieces of paper and the weight of the envelope it was $1.60
I had to mail something to canada as well and I had to pay 60 cents for ONE canadian stamp. I guess I am just cheap
