Unhappy Defensive driving on the internet!

I got a speeding ticket and had to take defensive driving to have it dismissed. I figured taking it on the net would make things easier for me. BOY was I WRONG! It has been a nightmare! First of all you can not go past a page no matter how fast a reader you are till you have stayed on the page for XX amount of minutes. NOw I have had to pay an extra $25 to retake the class because I did not know that just clicking on the test is like taking it! And I clicked on it several times trying to reveiw it. Well it counted each click as taking the test and I failed cause I clicked on it more then three time trying to review. So I got a zero. UGH what nightmare! If this happens again I will just go to the class.

And of course they didn't bother to give you details on how to take it before you started? This is what I like about local and state government information. They tell you everything but what you really need to know.
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.

I've had to do that before. I used webtrafficschool.com. They do have a minimum time that you have to view the pages, but what I did was click on the page, go to the restroom; click on the next page, go get a snack or refill my drink; click on the next page, put in a load of laundry. So for me, it was a lot better than having to go sit in a classroom all day on a weekend!

UPDATE: After 15 long agonizing hours I passed their test! Total took me 22 hours! Never again at least not at www.idrivesafely.com Luckily I had viewed the vidoes the first time around cuz the second time I would have been SOL! I called them twice about the complete vidoe not showing and all got was restart your computer. My only advice is if you have to do defensive driving on the net give yourself lots of time to do it. DOn't rush or it will be a real nightmare. Thanks for letting me vent. G-d Bless

When I got my ticket, the traffic court provided a list of approved traffic schools and websites. If they didn't give you a list, maybe you can call them to get the info?
