I feel sorry for both of them. They are on a train wreck and I don't know if it can be stopped. It is definitely a far cry from when they renewed their vows last season. I feel the most soryy for the children.

As for Kate being a witch...I don't really see it. I see that she is a strong, dominant woman with a wishy-washy husband. Someone has to make decisions and has to keep the family running. My first marriage was like that. My ex couldn't make a decision if his life depended on it and he would do anything to avoid confrontation. The result...I had to make decisions and was totally blindsided when he told me he was leaving because he was unhappy. He told everyone that I was a domineering you know what. Funny thing...his second wife was much more domineering than I was...as was his third. (He is now on wife #4.) He went from one strong, decisive woman to the next. It was never us, but was always him.

I think Jon is a nice guy (I'm not about to comment on the rumors swirling around him as they are just that...rumors.) I think Jon is great with the kids...Kate has said that. I just don't think he is the 'alpha' of the family.

I don't get where Kate says that she is 'happy' about things. How could she be happy when her marriage is falling apart? I don't think she means it that way, but it makes it seem like she loves the publicity and hype more than her family. And...maybe that is what she means.

That said on the news the labor board is looking into the show to see if any child labor laws are being broken. Why now after five years are they concerned about this.

Being in PA, I seen that the PA Dept. of Labor is investigating to see if PA Child Labor laws were violated. I am sure that TLC covered their butts on this.

As for Kate being a *****, there were postings on PA news boards from people (supposively)that worked with her at Hershey Med that said she was a ***** to work with back when she worked there.

Well yes they do play but the cameras are on them all the time. I would hate that. Cute when they were babies and didn't notice but now they are older and some of them have said they don't like it.

Haven't these people made enough money off their children to last them the rest of their lives? Why not quit now when it has become so insane. They should have been saving for the future and not squandered the money. Now if they have a messy divorce the money will all go to lawyers.

Their ratings have gone up. I guess people like to see train wrecks. Poor kids.

TLC has said some of the things the brother and sister-in-law are saying aren't true. They said they only tape two or three hours a day not twenty four and that they use the same camera men because the kids are used to them. Me and my husband were talking about their lives. He said those kids have had more experiences in five years than most people have in a lifetime. And they don't seem to be any worse for the cameras being there. They all look happy.

Yeah Jon and Kate have said the exact samething. They only tape a small portion like when they travel somewhere or do something interesting etc. Like on last nights show when Kate and Mady(i think it was her lol) went on vacation they said they only let them tape 1 day of it.

I read they tape hours and can only use 15 minutes of good stuff, especially when it is of Jon & Kate. They edit out all the arguments and fighting.

I don't care for Kate. I don't really think she's a "B". Just opinionated, strong willed, wants to get things done. As for Jon I don't see where they made a connection in the first place. He's so laid back, easy going.

As for their new house and land where does anyone think they have that kind of money on their own? Certainly not by Kate being a weekend nurse or Jon working in the IT field.

The Dilley's sextuplets born in 1993 you never hear about them. They're 16 now. There was a movie made about them a few years back....however they've stayed out of the limelight.

It really makes me wonder if the Goesslin's are going to send their children to college. It's been "reported" that their new home was over a million dollars. I know they needed a larger house but for that kind of money and all that land? Just makes me wonder if Jon and Kate aren't really in this for themselves....not for the "children".

I think a lot of what's gone on over the years with the show has gone over their heads, while still trying to maintain a normal life.

I also believe that with the interviews that Kate's done on the Today show and other shows that she's very honest.

I think the entire thing is headed for a big train wreck. I'm just sorry for the children that are put in the middle of it. By no fault of theirs.

If you've watched any of this seasons new shows you don't see Jon and Kate together for interviews, on the couch. They barely spoke at the birthday party for the children.
