A casino gala could turn deadly: JR holds David hostage; Tad returns; and Bianca decides to test Reese and Zach!


Everyone in town gathers for the gala reopening of Zach's casino. This, of course, means crazy drama ... and glitzy outfits. When David and Krystal make their entrance together, heads turn and people offer looks of disapproval. But a drunken JR refuses to let David infiltrate the party (or destroy more people he cares about). So, naturally, he kidnaps David and holds him at gunpoint. JR's unstable, so there really is no telling what he'll do -- to David or to Krystal, who ultimately finds the two men. Things couldn't get worse, right? Wrong. Tad comes home -- and if Krystal won't tell him about the affair with David, JR will!

With Reese and Zach spending so much time together, thanks to the casino opening, Bianca's suspicions regarding their friendship grow. The visit from Reese's ex-fiance (a guy!) didn't help quell Bianca's suspicions that Reese may be bisexual -- and looking for a little action on the side. So, Bianca lets her Kane-woman instincts get the best of her, and decides to test her future bride and her brother-in-law. But we know Kane-woman plots often backfire in the schemer's face. Will this be the case for Binks?

All this, PLUS: Ryan and Greenlee set a date, Pete hires a hooker, Erica tells Adam where they stand, and Carmen makes an appearance

Okay...I'm confused. Doesn't one need to be divorced before they can remarry? As far as I know, Ryan and Annie are still married, as are Aidan and Greenlee. At least Ryan still acts like a "husband" when he is dealing with the not-so-secure mental facility. Did I miss the divorce proceedings?

Also, I definite missed this. How did Aidan get himself admitted as a patient where Annie was committed?

Josh returns to Pine Valley -- and he's got a gun! Tad learns about Krystal and David!


Just when things start going well for the Kane family -- Bianca seems to be patching things up with Reese, and Erica is beginning to make nice with her future daughter-in-law -- the erstwhile male Kane, Josh, returns! Erica's son is in town looking for revenge on Zach for driving him away months ago, and no one -- not even his mother or his sisters -- is going to stand in his way. He tries to rob the casino, and soon enough has his entire family (Zach included) held hostage. And with Kendall's medical condition worsening by the minute (read: David says she's got days, not months, to live), things are looking bleak for the Kane offspring.

The situation with Tad and Krystal goes from bad to worse. After learning about her affair with David, Tad says their marriage is over. And even worse for Krystal, he initiates a custody battle for baby Jenny. David continues to manipulate Krystal at every turn, and he's clearly succeeding, given Krystal is popping pills like they were Tic-Tacs. We get a big showdown in court and yes, it's possible for things to go from worse to terrible. But will the prospect of bringing David down actually bring old enemies Tad and Adam together? As in, will they team up? Believe it, kids.

At Oak Haven, Annie goes more insane (yes, still possible) and falsely believes Ryan has been stabbed by Greenlee. Which, to Annie, means Greenlee's gotta go. With Aidan's help, Annie tries to fake sanity in order to get released. But will Greenlee buy Annie as reformed?

All this, PLUS: Jake and Angie investigate David's shady dealings at the hospital, Randi resorts to old habits (and it's not stone-washed clothing), and somebody may be pregnant!

Jesse arrests Angie, Amanda's pregnant, and Erica must choose to save Josh OR Kendall!


After Zach turned the tables on gun-wielding Josh last week, a shot rang out. The victim: Josh! He's badly injured and rushed to the hospital. Erica is at her wit's end, especially when news comes down that Josh's heart is a perfect match for Kendall -- who goes into cardiac arrest. Josh is in critical condition, but Erica is faced with the ultimate nightmare choice for any mother: give Josh a fighting chance and let Kendall die, or sacrifice her son to save her daughter. This is big, big, BIG drama ...

Across town, David is making new enemies out of Jesse and Angie. Well, actually, Angie already thinks he's obnoxious -- and teams up with Jake to take David down. How? By testing the drugs that David had been plying Krystal with -- which, turns out, are totally illegal. So Angie and Jake call the police. But David's a clever cardiologist. He swaps the illegal pills with legal ones. So when Jesse responds to his wife's call, he finds totally legal drugs. David accuses Angie of trying to frame him, forcing Jesse to arrest his own wife. Which Angie is none too thrilled about, of course.

Census takers, please note: Pine Valley's population will increase by one person in the next few months. Yes, Amanda Dillon is pregnant! But the biggest question is: Who's the daddy? It's not like she hasn't been intimate with multiple guys of late ... JR, David, even Jake. Amanda faces two big dilemmas: finding out the baby's father, and figuring out whether she should keep the baby. But one of the potential dads may answer that question for her ...

All this, PLUS: Taylor takes on some snobs, Brot plays a hero of a different kind, Tad's got words for Krystal, and Annie remembers killing her brother. Does that mean goodbye Oak Haven, hello prison?

I heard Kendall wa being killed off months ago. If so, I wish they would just get it overwith. This story line has come to an end. I can't stand the Annie story either...get it over with already.

Nope, Kendall is returning. She asked for a leave of absence so she could spend more time with her fiance. (At least that is what they are saying on the SN message boards.)

I haven't watched that in YEARS. Maybe I should start again. When I watched it (after school) Erica was going to have an abortion. She was married to some guy named Jeff I think. Mona was furious as well...from what I can remember. I was 10 when this happened. Really caused a stir around our neighborhood back then. It was something you didn't hear/see/talk about.


Jeff Martin. In 1973, Erica Kane (played by Susan Lucci) was young, newly married, and focused on her dream of becoming a famous model. Motherhood was simply not in the planning. Yet, she knew that Jeff would never approve of her decision to have an abortion. When her secret was revealed, Jeff was furious over what she had done. Erica's deception subsequently marked the beginning of the end of her first marriage.
