A wrench gets thrown into the middle of Starr and Cole's wedding this week when a surprise objection rises from the peanut gallery. And by "surprise," we mean it's not Todd, Blair, Marty, or even Tea (whom, by the way, Blair is anything but pleased to see show up at the ceremony as Todd's date). Cole wants to press forward and tie the knot despite the startling interruption, but will Starr? She's only 17, after all.

It's all wine and roses for Rex and Gigi now that they're back together. Except, y'know, this is Llanview. Rex still hasn't come clean about sleeping with Gigi's sister Stacy, even as he's back to bedding Morasco Sister No. 1. One big problem on his horizon is that Schuyler is aching to tell Gigi (whom he's got more than just a crush on, wouldn't you say?) the truth. But it's evil stripper Stacy that spills the beans to Gigi about her one night in heaven with Rex.

And then there's that perplexing bag of blood floating around town (which can prove Stacy's guilt), which the newly-reunited Balsom-Morasco family must work together to get back from the evil interlopers (OK, Stacy) for Shane. But that's before Gigi hears about Rex's tryst with her sister and confronts him on it. Uh-oh ... let's hope Rex fesses up.

Dorian hosts a dinner party for all the people she's wronged over the years in the hopes of getting Markko's parents to let him and Langston reunite. After strong-arming Viki and others into attending, Dorian watches it all blow up in her face. In the aftermath, poor Markko must decide if he's willing to turn his back on his family in favor of staying with the lovely Ms. Wilde.

All this, PLUS: Bo convinces Brody to apply to the police academy; John finally gets an answer about Cole's future; Matthew must weigh the risks of surgery (which are pretty big); and Kyle tells Cristian about some secrets in Fish's past.

That stupid Stacey is going to end up pregnant with Rex's baby. You watch when they want to keep a couple apart bring the baby in with the other woman. I am just tired of watching soaps I think because they never let a couple be happy for a minute. So why watch. I tape it a fast forward through Stacey the slut. She can't act and I can't stand her character.

I so agree with Stacy .. I think they need someone new to play her because the one they have is horrible. I can't stand to watch her either.

Poor Gigi she was so devastated when Stacey told her about Rex and her. To bad that Rex is going to lie to her. I thing thought Gigi shouldn't really think that Rex wouldn't do something like that even though she was lying for Shane's sake he didn't know that. I hope they don't keep these two apart for long because they are the only couple I like.

Thanks to Todd (and okay, Dorian's) big mouth, Cole has been revealed as an undercover agent, drug lord/mayor Lowell has called out a hit on Cole and his loved ones, and Starr, Todd, and baby Hope are in danger. Only bodyguard Shaun is there to protect them, but ends up taking a bullet for his efforts.

While he saves Todd's life, he can't stop Starr and Hope from being kidnapped. It's up to John and Brody to rescue the mother and daughter -- but Brody ends up getting seriously injured in the process. Will Jessica lose another man she loves (and can her mind handle it?).

The aftermath of Shaun's shooting -- and Starr being held hostage -- continues to have ramifications in Llanview. First, and perhaps most shocking of all, Todd actually feels guilty! Yes, it's possible. Surprisingly (or maybe not?), it's Blair that manages to help soothe his tortured soul. But that doesn't stop her from continuing that "Operation: Destroy Tea" plan she's got in the works. Ross is in Llanview, but in hiding. Which means, obviously, that someone finds him. Look for a big ol' chain of events that ends with someone making out with Blair, and with Tea and Todd's impending wedding in big-time jeopardy. Hmmm ... sounds like Blair's quest might be successful.

Tea seriously doubts Todd's commitment to her after what she perceives as too big an interest in Blair. To convince her of his love, Todd suggests they get married. Like, in days (which translates to "before the week is over" in soap time). Blair's not worried -- she still plans on presenting Tea's husband Ross to the collected Llanviewites and ruin things. But there may be a wrinkle in her plan: Dorian. The mistress of La Boulaie thinks Blair is way too obsessed with Todd, and this Ross plan could clear the way for an actual Blair/Todd reunion. So she offers Ross money to leave town. Will he take it? Oh, and why does Tea seem to be hiding something ELSE?
