This is from an event that Steve had with Spin last night....

Steve was asked when his new hair is going to show up on-screen, and he thinks it'll be right around Christmas Eve/Christmas.

* They sold shirtless pics of Steve - and I hear they're quite sexy!

* Jason and Elizabeth are NOT going to apart for long; they're going to be sharing lots and lots and lots of time together verrrrrrrry soon!

* After being asked why Jason and Elizabeth don't just get married already, Steve was like "Let's do it! Let's just do it!!"

* Derk (MAX) was also at the event, and as it turns out? DERK IS A FULL-BLOWN LIASON FAN! image He said he's loving Jason & Elizabeth's story right now and he's definitely a fan of the couple.

* Steve asked Bradford if Spinelli had ever given Sam a name and Bradford said yes, and that her current "Spinelli name" would be 'The Slu ...' and he wouldn't finish the word, so everybody in the crowd started yelling "SLUT!" Someone asked "Where is Sam" and Steve said... her nickname should be a take on 'Everyday Hero' - 'Everyday I Sleep With Somebody New.' Bradford went onto say "Yeah, and Everyday Hero? That show has 1 viewer, and it's Lucky." LMFAO!

* Lindze leaving the show/Georgie dying came up and Steve was like "I can't really say anything, I ... Oh, forget it!" He then gave the 'thumbs down' and proceeded to strangle Bradford with the mic chord. LOL

* Max and Diane exchange Christmas gifts. Diane gives Max a really ugly tie, and Max gives Diane a flashlight that doubles as a radio, but she thinks it's a radio that doubles as a flashlight. Jason gives Max a wad of cash for Christmas, and tells Max not to tell Bernie.

Steve asked if Jason should leave the mob and be with Elizabeth. He suggested that he could be a cop since he does all their work! ROFL!

Someone in the audience asked if Jason could hug Spinelli. Steve said, "Hug who? Why do I wanna hug him? This isn't Brokeback Mountain! There's none of that stuff going on in the penthouse! He might be in the pink room - I ain't goin in the pink room!"

Steve said the writers knew they were going on strike beforehand, so they wrote about 4 months of outlines and would use "secret" writers. Steve said he thinks Monday or Tuesday of this coming week, they start taping using the new writers. He said we have about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks of the real writers stuff left and then we have some scabs. LOL!

Someone asked if Steve had any interest in doing prime time. He said he had no interest whatsoever. He said he works hard enough and he doesn't need those hours. He said he had a great job and he worked with great people and that it was literally like going to high school everyday. He enjoys the time he gets with his kids and he can have a good life. He mentioned his daughter was four and his son was 20 months. Steve said, "He's an animal!" LOL!

About his hair, he said because of the writers strike, everything was pushed back, so we would be going through that whole ugly phase again (his words, not mine). He cut his hair to give us an early Christmas present. He said he hated the long hair. He said there's nothing worse. He hated the hairspray and the feathers.

Someone said they had a proposition for Steve. They said he should steal Jake and leave Elizabeth. Steve said, "That's just wrong! That's not cool! You want me to steal Jake and go back with Sam?" The crowd started yelling. Steve said, "Hey that was her idea!"

When talking about his recent scene with Rebecca, he said he was the only guy who does love scenes fully dressed! But that would change soon!
Talking about taking his shirt off, he said he loves to eat and that they know from Halloween to February he won't do it.

When asked about Super Soap Weekend, he said he was not there and he thinks it is absolutely ridiculous! He said he would much rather do the personal appearances. He said they open up the gates at SSW and people get trampled. Someone got hurt trying to get to Spinelli's line. He said he goes every 2 or 3 years and will probably go...never again!
