My guess is that if you have a bag you really, really like, there are places that will machine embroider/sew whatever you want on it. There are places like that around here. And if ya wanna spend $1000+, you can buy a sewing machine you can program to do it (then set up shop in the FSOT board to embroider/do monograms for people...lol).

To me it looked like a patch off a work shirt sewn on the bag. It was really cute, but I have no idea what designer it was by. If you have a bag, there are tons of places online to order name patches and sewing it on would be simple.
