Have any of you all seen the previews for this yet?
I LOVE the cast, but the trailer looks really chilling too:

Anyone go see this this weekend? I am going this week and I'm curious to hear your reviews.
The cast has been getting a ton of Oscar buzz...

Why is Jake Gyllenhaal playing a house wreaker again? Wonder if he is being typecast. Not sure if we will see it.

I think it looks awesome and I cant wait to see it on DVD.
I think Jake is an awesome actor. He can play any role very well and makes it believable.

I don't think his character is playing a 'house wrecker'. From what I understand, the premise of the story is that the Toby McGuire character has gone missing in Afghanistan. In their grief, his brother (Jake) and his wife (Natalie Portman) are drawn together and fall in love. Then Toby McGuire returns from the grave (so to speak).
So, besides the Toby McGuire character suffering from the after effects of war, there is the tragedy of Jake and Natalie's characters trying to do the right thing...but it doesn't work out...etc.

Never argue with an idiot. It will bring you down to his level and he’ll win because of experience.
