Yes, I did the same one and emailed them as to why we had not gotten yet, and it was closed. I guess they ended up not doing the rest of the survey from what she told me. Hope that helps.

have not received either and both said processed...also emailed them and have nto heard back...

I GOT MINE ON MONDAY (sept. 12) AS WELL.... so they are on the way.......plus i have always gotten paid from them in the past too.

I just called, didnt realize you have to go in for these studies...they are in missouri i beleive. not online or bulletin board type.........im in iowa..so not worth the drive for me.
