The only homemade one I've tried is mix a tablespoon or two of dishwashing liquid (something more gentle like Dawn) into a gallon of water, then fill a spray bottle and spray on the leaves to coat...

1.25 = 1.25mile/minute (75mph)
x= unknown # of minutes when the 2 meet
150 = 1.25x + 1x
150 = 2.25x

We most often just make turkey burgers, but we also add it to pasta with tomato sauce. Also we mix with rice, seasonings, cheese and mushrooms and wrap in a tortilla, or make stuffed bell peppers...
