I have never ever gotten this when playing the movies, any ideas?

I generally say that I was at the particular movie around 10 minutes before the start of the show, and saw trailers and commercials. I always do this after the regular 5 shows a day, because I think they count against the five. But sometimes I get lucky and get one or two bonus games. Good luck!
