Thread: My Points Redemption

Has anyone else had trouble redeeming at My Points? On 12/9 I redeemed points for an I Tunes e gift card. They deducted the points immediately , but have not sent the code to redeem. Have contacted them several times only to be ignored. Have requested a claim code from them 6 times, but they ignore that as well.

I never had any problems getting my codes from them. Are you sure the email address in your account is the right one?
Have you tried contacting them on Facebook?

Thanks for your reply. My email has been the same with them for years and years. I ended up finding their phone number on Google. They don't take customer service calls but told me to contact Swaybacks via a recording. I did and Swagbacks has sent my gift card code already. That's just in case someone else has a problem like I did. I don't belong to Facebook unfortunately.

I know that MyPoints is now part of Swagbucks, but it seems kinda odd that they would tell you to contact them. Weird. Nice to know though.
