Thread: Is anyone having problems with the Coke Rewards web site?

I have been trying to log in for a long time and can't. I called them and they told me I need to update my browser. I did that and am still having problems logging in.

I tried my Firefox browser and my Google Chrome plus my Microsoft browser. None will get me into the web site.

Is anyone else having these same problems?

I just signed in to the new site, with no problems.

I don't like it though. I wish companies would leave things alone. Change is NOT always good.

I am having the similar problems. I have not been able to login since January 21, 2015. I called them and they told me to update my browser, but have been unable to do that.

Yep, that's the one. The woman said my browser isn't supported by their site, it's like trying to enter it by a funnel. I try to log in and click on sign in, it jumps around and the sign in page jumps around. It comes on the screen than off just like that and won't sign me in.

I did update to beta like they said and the problems started. I think it's their site that is having problems. Plus, if they tell all of us it's our browsers and we still can't get into their site, it has to be their site with the problems.

Luckily I only have 685 pts and won't lose much if they go under.

I finally got in but only through my hubby's email browser. He had the update of firefox.
