Pineconeresearch
Does anybody know what is going on with this program? I am getting Projects now instead of surveys. I have received some spam emails that looked like they were from pinecone.

I got an email in my spam box from 'Etude' that said it was Pinecone Research. I emailed Pinecone about it, and they are checking in to it, and will get back to me later.
Meanwhile, I don't open anything where I don't recognize their usual email address

Pineconeresearch
I received Project #79268 - New Study and sent a email to pineconeresearch asking if it was spam and was told that it was not that it was from pineconeresearch.com. I completed this on 5/9/14 but have not received payment for it. I have emailed them several times but no responses. I also sent a email concerning Project #79269 and have not received a response.

79269 is the one that I got in my spam folder that says it's from Etude. But in the subject line I can see that it says something about pinecone research. That's the one I emailed them about this morning. All they asked for was the project number and my ID. I haven't heard anything back yet either.

Pinecone hasn't been Pinecone for a couple of years now, and I believe its based out of another country to top it. As long as I get my normal surveys per month, not too worried. I never did respond to that current one, to sign up for more surveys.

Just got this in an email from Pinecone.
Guess I'll have to add Etude to my address book so it doesn't keep going to spam.Dear Panelist,
Yes, this study is a legitimate PineCone Research survey. It comes in a new format, which we have been using over the past several months, and does not require you to type in your ID and password. Thanks for checking!

This morning I got a email from pinecone giving me credit for Project #79268 that I completed on 5/9/14. I never received a response from any of my emails concerning this. I gave up a couple of days ago and reported the other project as scam.
