hmmm... There's been an awful lot of purchase between dates, and upload by. Gut telling me something is not right in KFRland, or they are making a lot of people jump through hoops.

I don't like the loyalty card registration thing and I sometimes buy products at discount stores, and they do no list what I purchased, just the price (ex "food $1.49" for a box of Pop Tarts). I haven't tried to use the receipt option, but something tells me I am going to have trouble with it, since they don't list the specific item I purchased. I really preferred the codes.

They're trying to do away with the codes in boxes. I don't think anything is wrong...I just think they're trying to promote it a lot more.

Take a pic of the receipt, along with the boxes, and email it to them and ask if they can still give you the points.
I buy some of my stuff from Ald's, and it doesn't always give the correct description on the receipt either........but they gave me the points when I emailed a photo.
Worth a try.
