i have contacted freeride,by phone, 3 times and they just pass you on and say that they will call you back and never do, i cashed in for a walmart, in july,,,,,,,there is a phone no,at 212-430-0808,,,,,,,,they answer right away,but pass you on or say they will call you back,,they are not under the BBB so i guess they can do what they want, they have a bad rating, going to quit them

When you called back, did you mention to the person that answered that no one ever called you back?

I also haven't received my gift card from August 3. Has anyone received gift cards from them recently?

yes i did,,,she said his name was Andy, the one i was suppose to talk to this time,but he was in a meeting,i told this lady i talked to that this was the 3rd time that i had called and was waiting for someone to call me back, i don't know what to think of it,its never been this bad before,maybe if more people call ,they will do something?

It has always taken me 4 months to get my reward, even E-gift card. My impression is they have cash flow problems.

Has anyone rec a gift card from freeride lately. I have been waiting for an Amazon gift card since Oct 1st and they are not answering my emails. Is it possible that they are having cash flow problems and will be going under for a second time?

since i wrote about this, i had cashed in again for a amazon,,plus the one i had cashed in before, dont' know what is going on with them but i had quit the program about a month ago,no since in doing it anymore,dont' know if they are going under or what but a waste of time

I cashed out for a $10 Amazon E Gift Card on 10--23-2012 and received on 11-21-2012

I am still waiting on my gift card from Aug 3. I wonder if anyone has recently received gift cards by mail.
