Freeride
i still havent' heard anything from freeride, i did get a phone no,and called them and and they were suppose to call me back, they are saying its because of the storm, but i am gettting there emails and there website is up and running,the phone no is 212-430-0808

They are now taking longer for the Amazon GC's as well. I'm still waiting for one ordered on 10/3. The last few times I ordered an Amzon I got it within 2 weeks.
