Thread: Reward Port Cashout

Has anyone cashed out from Rewad Port in the last 6 months or so, and received their reward? I cashed out in January, and it still shows pending. They've always been slow,and taken just about the full 12 weeks they state as the time frame, but it's been 16 weeks, and they are not answering emails either.

I cashed 10-2011 I didnt receive it til march. I kept emailing them.

Thanks. I guess they are taking longer than the 12 weeks. I just wish they would be honest, and at least answer my emails saying they are behind.

Did they ever respond to any of your emails, or did the reward just eventually show up? I've sent 4 emails with no response. They used to always respond to emails. That's ticking me off more than the length of time they are taking to send out the rewards.
