Anyone Else Having Problems with CreationsRewards?
I am wondering if anyone else has been having any problems with this site(besides LOADS of emails) that had otherwise been exceptional. I was not credited for 10 surveys over a period of 10 days towards the end of February and prior to that there were six surveys I had not been credited for. I wrote to customer care over a week ago and the message has still not been viewed even though I received this response:

This message is to inform you that your customer care inquiry was successfully received by our system. You can expect a reply within 72 hours, but usually the wait time is 24 hours or less.

I also cashed out for a WalMart GC three weeks ago and the request is yet to be processed. I am not too worried about that since it said when I cashed out that it would be 1-6 weeks before I receive it. BUT this IS the longest I have ever waited.
SO all of those problems put together really do concern me. Anyone have any suggestions or similar problems? THANKS in advance!

I can't remember how long it took, but my last cashout was a lot longer than usual as well. My emails went unanswered too. The payout did eventually come though. I guess as long as the money comes, that is all I am worried about

THANK YOU so much for your response! Did you have problems with survey points being credited too? IF SO, was it ever resolved and did you get your points? I am missing about 2000 points and that is a lot!

I gave up on them last year and cashed out for what little I had. They sent a ton of email surveys---none of which I qualified for and since they stopped giving the pts for clicking on the emails I could never get much. It wasn't worth it for me.

I don't usually do the surveys as I never qualify so I cannot really comment on them

my last cash out took 5 days...for amazon....

I don't do their surveys either, but did have to write to them about not being able to cash out. It took 2+ weeks for them to reply. I still have not received my Amazon (I cashed out on 3/1).

WOW! I am really surprised at all the negative comments here. This site used to be tops and I guess it is going the way of all things, downhill. I know you are just kidding about the site being in Japan, LisaPizza, but it is actually in NJ.....
I so appreciate all your comments here! THANK YOU ALL! I will surely have to re-evaluate wasting my time there!

I stopped trying their surveys a few years ago since I never qualified. I have an Amazon cash out pending from 2/24 which I haven't received yet. I swore I was going to cancel the account once I cashed out this last time, but they started sending 2 point emails. Now it's taken so long for them to send my reward that I've built up 200 points again. Grrrr...

I am surprised that everyone has had such trouble with CR. THIS is the first major problem(s) I have had with them. I am thinking of bailing out since I am so disappointed and disgusted.

I am surprised at how the site has gone downhill also. Their customer service used to be tops and payouts never took very long. I still have not received my Amazon.
