    Thumbs down UTTER FRUSTRATION with Lightspeed

    I have so had it with Lightspeed. I stopped taking their surveys for two years because they only credited me for about half the surveys that I take for them and they NEVER answer emails or return phone calls. I even went to the BBB two years ago to get 2500 points from an online focus group they never gave me credit for. I got the points and left them for two years.

    I have now been back with them for six months and have not been credited for 17 surveys and one ONE online focus group. My son just finished taking a half hour survey with all kinds of strange activities and was not given credit yet again. I guess I will have to vote with my feet and walk away from them for good but there are so few sites out there and I really do love the Amazon gc's I get from Lightspeed for those surveys I get credit for.

    ANYONE ELSE have rotten experiences with this rip-off site? (yeah, I KNOW Lauren does not exist!) AND is there any way you to get them to respond to an email or even a phone call? I am SICK to death of leaving phone messages for them as well.

    I deleted them years ago. They are just using the surveys you do to make money for "Lauren" and not credit you what you are owed. Would you work for an employer and not get paid? Then why do these surveys for no compensation. Not worth my time.

    I understand what you are saying about lightspeed. Another one I am so sick and tired of is zoompanel. I did 5 surveys today and only been credited for 2 of them. I have written them time and time again asking where the heck are my points and they never write back.

    I'm aggravated with sendearnings right now. They don't credit the offers you do but then they threaten you with being inactive. But I don't have a problem with lightspeed they usually credit for me with no problem.

    A few months ago Lightspeed failed to credit me for two surveys. I emailed them with the survey numbers and told I didn't get credited and in about three days they emailed back and credited them. My only suggestion is to be really nice in the email. That is what I did. Good luck. It is very frustrating to spend all of that time on a survey then not get credit.

    I quit ZoomPanel ages ago and I guess I am gonna quit Lightspeed for good too. I have so had it. EVERY time I write to 'Lauren' I am nice and polite and NEVER get a response. I am sick to death of wasting my time.

    I thought of something I do that might help for future surveys. As soon as I complete the survey and it takes me back to the site I check to make sure I got the points. If not I press the back button until I get to the submit survey page again and press it again. Sometimes I have to do this twice until it finally credits. Hope it might help.

    I have never had any problem with them; I guess I am lucky. I have quit all those other get paid to click sites though. It takes you a year to make something like $30.

    I quit them along time ago as well, just not worth it.
