Thread: My Points :(

About a week or so ago MyPoints changed their configuration or something and now I can't do the Spin 'n Win. I'm on Mozilla Firefox and it worked fine until the last week or so. I honestly thought it was done but just to check I opened the page in IE (which takes FOREVER) and it worked but I'm not willing to do that everyday (nor is my husband) - it's just not worth it time-wise or patience-wise to wait 20 mins. or so for it to open in IE. Others using FF having this issue?

I've used FF for the Spin & Win, and haven't had any problems. What version of FF are you using?

I'm using FF and can't do it either. Everything is the latest version. I emailed them and they said to update my Flash Player (which I did) and still can't do it.

I'm using the latest version of internet explorer and it loads fast for me. I haven't had a problem playing it so far.

I'm sorry you are having trouble getting the spin to win working. I use FireFox and it works fine for me, too. I am using version 3.6.12 and have the latest version of flash. It's kind of hard not to - they both update automatically (so yours probably are the latest versions - but you should check just in case someone postponed the last update).

My DH uses firefox and can still play. I use IE and it loads really fast for me. I hope you can get it figured out where you can play. I'm not very lucky at it though. I've only won 5pts a few times. My DH said he won 100pts last week.

The spin game was working for me until yesterday, now it won't finish loading. I use FF.

I had problems with it in FF too, and then I upgraded and now everything is ok.

I use IE and I can get to the page but the spin wheel never loads, this has happened the last few days

I use FF and have no problems playing (winning anything now that's a different story)

I discovered it's because of the ABD I have on also (AdBlockerPlus) - unless I disable it, the spin page doesn't come up.
