    Rewards From My View Research Panel

    I cashed out for a $50 MyView Virtual prepaid Visa Card on 1/17/10 and got a confirmation of this cash-out. It also said fulfillment time is THREE DAYS and I still have not gotten this virtual visa card. I have written to CS twice in the past two weeks but have not received any reply.

    ANYONE ELSE cash out with them for their new reward and if so, how long did it take to receive this virtual reward? THANKS!!

    I don't even get surveys from them anymore. I tried to contact CS several times and no answer to those emails.

    I DID get an answer from them but it was a NON-answer, don't even think they read what I sent since I attached a copy of my confirmation of reward email:

    Dear MyView Member,

    Once you have enough points to obtain the reward you desire, you will be able to click the “Order this Reward” button, depending on the reward and delivery method you chose it can take from 48 hours to 7 days for your order to be complete.

    Please note, once you have submitted a request to redeem your rewards, it’s a done deal. We can’t change or cancel your request.

    As always, your opinions are very important to us and we look forward to your continued participation in our surveys.

    I REPLIED to this NON-answer telling Jordan Miller that he/she did not even answer the question I asked and reattached a copy of my reward confirmation email. Pathetic! Sigh.........

    MAYBE it is a good thing that you no longer get surveys from MyView if THIS is how they fulfill their rewards!!

    The same thing happened to me a while back. I signed up again using a different email, and I get surveys regularly now.

    I haven't cased out since they started the new points system, but I am close to cashing out, and am curious as to how long it takes. They had gotten much better with sending out the PayPal payments before they switched over.

    THEY SAY three days but the email I received says up to 7 days. Of course I have now waited three weeks since I cashed out. I will keep you posted on what happens with the delivery of this reward.

    Thanks vieprivee. I hope they're not going back to their old ways. It used to take months to receive PayPal payments, but they improved quite a bit over the last 6 months or so. The last couple of times I cashed out, it was in my PayPal account within days.

    I get emails/offers to sign up for MyView pretty frequently through various rewards programs. If you're a member of any RP, I would keep my eyes open, as you might receive an offer to sign up.

    It is over three weeks now and I am sure not how long it is supposed to take to get my reward that takes three days to get (or up to seven, according to what they say) Here is the reply I got today:

    I dropped out when some here said they had problems with them. A page came back asking me why I wanted to drop out and I told them what was said here about problems. I hope they changed after that to be more helpful. Maybe they did but haven't gotten it completely all straightened yet.

    Thumbs down MORE TROUBLE than it is worth!!

    Sigh! I received a confirmation email entitled the following:

    Your MyView Virtual Prepaid Visa Card has Arrived!

    HOWEVER it really has NOT arrived. You have to click on a provided link and use your email address and the password that was supposedly emailed to me in my confirmation-of-reward-email or on my Balance History page. OF COURSE there is no password on my Balance History page and no confirmation password was with the confirmation email.


    SO I AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE and I still don't have the this 'simple' reward that is supposedly redeemed in 3-7 days. IT IS NOW FOUR WEEKS and counting. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED, to put it mildly......

    Email #4 to Jordon.......will keep you posted!
