Thread: How Do I Reach FreeRide Customer Service.

I am livid with FreeRide. I started a survey on portable electric heaters that was to take about 15 minutes. After spending more than 15 minutes answering the survey questions, I was told that I do not qualify for this survey.

I looked all over the FreeRide site for a link to customer service to voice my displeasure with my expierence with this survey, but couldn't find a link. Does anyone know how to reach them?

You can click on "Support Form" at the bottom of the page -

Once you get to the second page, you usually have to select "My question is not asked here" to get to a page you can submit. Otherwise they try to answer the question and boot you out of there. They have just about the worst support system I've ever used.

I hope you get your points. I hate when survey sites throw you out after they've gotten information out of you.
