Anybody getting credit for Toluna surveys?

I've qualified for four and completed them but I didn't get the points for any of them. I don't like that they're sending Greenfielonline surveys I don't get credit for them.

Nope. After each survey is says, "...your account will be credited...' Of course it doesn't say WHEN, and so far none of them have. I liked it much better when it was just Toluna and they credited right after you finished them. I quit Greenfield because I got tired of doing surveys that I didn't get paid for.

    I just received this email

    Dear Member,
Thank you for contacting Toluna. As you noted there is an error on the screen members receive at the end of a number of surveys on the Toluna site. While the survey states that the points are immediately credited. In actuality the points will be credited as soon as the survey closes. We can assure you, your points are in our system and will be duly credited as soon as the survey closes. We are working to ensure that our communication with you is consistent. You may still see a discrepancy between what the survey states and when points are credited for the next few days. If your points are not credited within 3 weeks please reply to this email with the survey numbers of the surveys you believe have not been credited. We thank you for your patience and hope you continue to enjoy taking surveys with Toluna.
    Regards,
    David Jensen

I just saw on a greenfieldonline survey the points will be credited in 4 to 6 weeks. But my point ballance doesn't seem to change then. I believe they think we'll forget about them and they wont be credited.

I was afraid of this when they said they were joining Greenfield, I quit Greenfield because of all the surveys I got and would spend 15 minutes doing them, then didn't qualify.

I got one this morning, it didn't mention if I was getting points or not and I spent 20 minutes on it. Then I received another survey and it stated that I would receive points, well, all I did was verify my name, and they said I didn't qualify!! Why did they send it to me then!!
I believe I'll cash out and say good by to this program.
So many freebies, so little time!

I just received enough points from them to cash out for $60 (I was sooooooo close and the points weren't crediting!). I cashed out and will wait to see if the Greenfield points are posted before I start doing the surveys again.

Don't forget to do those Sponsored Polls that I posted about awhile back. Those credit instantly and sometimes they are worth up to 180 points (most are worth 15-30 points). If it says it's worth 180 points, you usually answer a couple of questions and it'll say you qualified for a survey. You do not have to take the survey to get the 180 points. I just "voted" until I got to the take-the-survey part, then the closed the box without taking the survey. The 180 points credited to my account immediately.

I got the same response when I wrote to them this morning. I took a survey for 15,000 points yesterday and they didn't show up in my account. I hope I get them, it takes forever to cash out now.

I'm glad I checked this thread. I just went to see how many points I have and saw this. I am quitting tonite. I'll never be able to get enough points to cash out in a year at the rate I'm going.

Do points have to be used within a certain time limit?
Yes. When points are credited to your account they will remain valid for one year. If after this period the points have not been used, they will be automatically expire and be deleted from your account.
