Toluna

Can someone explain this to me - Their emails always say earn between $x & $xx for completing this survey. I am always awarded the lowest. What is the deal and how to you get the larger amount - or do you?

It makes it sound like its a "drawing" on which one you will get. But you can almost ALWAYS plan on getting the low amount.

Kind of what I thought - oh well, money is money, I guess - but bigger is better!

It's random, and yes, you almost always will get the lowest amount. I got the highest amount ($3.00 in my case) only twice and $2.00 once. The rest of the times I've gotten the "you will receive between" surveys I've only gotten $1.00.

With them you're lucky to even qualify. And I'm getting tired of it saying an error occured processing your award. The points will be deposited in your account in three weeks. I don't see them in three weeks. I guess I'm going to have to keep the email for the survey and email them about the pointrs.

My sister also always either doesn't qualify or has trouble with their surveys. I guess I am lucky - I usually do qualify and it's rare for me to have a problem with the survey or the credit. But I still liked them better when they were Your2Cents.

I also liked Your2Cents better. I seem to have qualified more often.

It is to the point that I hate even attempting to do a Toluna survey. I either don't qualify, do so much then get page can't be displayed, or the error message on the reward. Ugh, it is so frustrating!

I'm tired of getting the error message after every survey I finish saying they can't process my reward.
