I have been taking surveys from zoompanel for years. I am only a little over 100 points to get the prize I want. Now, I haven't received a survey invite since April. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get 3-5 surveys every week from them

I have only received 1 survey since April, and I used to get at least several a week, sometimes as many as 10 per week. I am also owed several hundred points for completed surveys. I have contacted them at least 6 times, using the help form on the zoompanel site with no response. It seems like quite a coincidence to me, that I stopped receiving surveys at about the same time I started e-mailing them. I just filed a complaint with the BBB today.

I still get invitations from them and the amount of surveys I qualify for doesn't seem to have changed. I've cashed out several times and received everything I've ordered. I'm sorry you're having trouble with them.

I finally received the points I was due, after e-mailing them for 2 months. But, they never answered my question as to why I am no longer receiving surveys. I e-mailed them again, so I guess I will know in another 2 months -)
