Freeride...

Not sure if this ever happens to u guys but i've been noticed but when they send u an e-mail about doing the OTX surveys i don't get credit. So i decided to e-mail them. This is what i sent...

Just out of curiosity, why do you send e-mails out claiming they're worth 10
points when they're not. The ones i'm talking about are the OTX surveys. My
inbox gets filled with mostly those ones and i waste my time every single
time hoping i get tokens for them. Come back after 30 min to see if they
register and just like the last time they sure don't. Thanks.

You should be getting the 10 tokens for opening and clicking.

I will have a technician check on this in the morning.

They stopped working for me quite awhile ago so I started sending them straight to the trash.

If I don't get the 50 for disqualifying, I don't get the 10 for opening. I save mine till 48 hours has passed since I took one from the site. Then I do the survey from the email, then the one from the site, and usually get disqualified for both, and end up with 100 points. Sometimes tho I get the message from the email one, that I've already gotten points for that survey, which makes no sense to me because I haven't even opened the mail till then.

I haven't checked if they posted 10 pts into my account but Freeride has given me pts for buying things I never bought, so guess I don't care if those pts are missing. They emailed everyone and told them to keep the pts. It was their mistake. They must have given me a thousand pts.

yes, I am having a problem as well. I have had a redeemption in since Mar 10 for a virtual visa and have emailed them about five times and only once did a person named Andy respond back and he said they would check into it and It has been over a month and I have not heard from him and I have emailed him a few more times to find out what their progress is with no response

I ordered an Overstock on March 16. I havent got it and they are not answering the emails. Do they normally send them in the mail or the email?
