CR/Paypal fee update
I'm ready to cash out at CR, and I emailed them about PP fees, and who would pay them. Here is a copy of their response
Hi,
Thank you for contacting CreationsRewards customer care. CreationsRewards
does not charge a fee for you to redeem your points with our program. We
send your full redemption value PayPal payment using the "Send Money"
function on PayPal, with your payment classified as a "Service". Your
redemption is not a "Personal" transfer and cannot be sent using the
Personal option. Please consult with PayPal's fee structure to determine if
you will be assessed a fee to receive funds.
As a customer service policy change, CreationsRewards will begin to utilize
PayPal's Mass Payment function starting with redemptions made this week
(Week of June 15) and for redemptions not yet processed. What this means for
members is that CreationsRewards will pay a fee to send money to members.
Members will receive NO fee on their payment, regardless of the account type
they maintain with PayPal. We hope that you like this policy change and we
value your membership very much and take all suggestions into consideration.

So basically if they send a bunch of payments at once they don't have to pay the fees? Or we don't? I have read that "mass" payment thing somewhere else. I don't really understand what it means other than paying a bunch of people at once instead of singles which is what is ticking off pp essentially.......

Thanks for the info - whatever works is fine with me. At least we won't be paying the Pay Pay fees.
Have a great evening.

Thanks for letting me know that my complaints to them did some good. They kept telling me that paypal had changed the rules, not them, and I kept emailing them back and stressing that I knew there was a way for THEM to pay the fee, since survey companies I belong to don't make me pay the fee. Right after my last complaint, which they didn't reply to, they did that customer satisfaction survey. I figure a lot of people complained about the fee in the survey.
I wonder if they will be raising the number of points it takes to cash out for the same dollar amount tho. If that happens, I'll just start cashing out for Amazon certificates.

I got my CR payout on 7/5. I requested $5.00 to my PP account. It took 3 days (QR was one). However, no fees were taken out.

So was mine: Dolphin fee was $0.03 out of $3 payment and Balloon Mails was $0.02 out of $2 payment
Guess that is not too bad though. Still waiting on a paypal payment from epoll to see if it will have a fee.

I received a PayPal payment from Epoll about 2 weeks ago, and there was no fee.
