MyPoints 1pt Bonusmail - Big Big Forums

Did anyone else notice the bonusmail from mypoints for 1 point? It was for stubbs. Hopefully this isn't what bonus mails will be worth from now on.

I noticed it but the next one I got was for 5 points so I'm hoping it was a one time thing.

I noticed that too, but the other one I had was still worth 5 points as other people have posted.

When I first joined MyPoints, I'm pretty sure that emails were worth 10 points each so it wouldn't be the first time that they've had to reduce the value of emails.

I thought the same thing, but the next offer was for 5 points, so hopefully it was just a one time thing with Stubb's.

Although BethieB is right, the way rewards sites have been trending lately I wouldn't be surprised if more of these 1 point emails start popping up in place of the 5 point ones!

Stubbs is not a big business (if it's Stubbs Barbeque) in Austin, TX. Maybe MyPoints is offering lower point advertising to bring in other businesses during the downturn in the economy. Just a thought.
