$50 webcam study on food

Resolution Research is recruiting individuals to participate in an online research study regarding food choices. As part of the project, all qualified participants will receive a web cam to record their thoughts and reactions, as well as, $50. In order to participate please fill out the following screening questions – it should only take about 1-2 minutes. We will then call or email you if you qualify for this research. anyone notice the mistake on the 2nd page??

the 2nd question SHOULD read "DOES"... insteads it says "DOWS"
