    Lightspeed won't send my reward

    I am so frustrated, just read some posts about people receiving their rewards from Lightspeed, like Amazon, and other gc's. Gees, somehow I missed those rewards so I ordered one of their dumb prizes. I ordered it last September and have not received it. I emailed them through their site 4 times, called their number, which just gives you a recording, and I cannot get an answer from them. I don't even need the stupid prize anymore, I needed it for Christmas.

    Has anyone been able to get in contact with them? I know they have an address I can mail a letter to, but do you think that would be any different fromn emailing them? I have never been so mad at a reward program!

    the reward program is different from lightspeed. I've had problems and went directly thru perks with good results. Try this: go into your points page, click redeem, that will take you to the perks redemption page. Once there, click on my account, then find the date where you cashed out and click on the blue numbers. the next page that comes up should give details about your order. There is a spot on this page that says something along the lines of contact us about this order, click on that. Next a contact page will come up. Leave a message about how you haven't gotten this item and you would like to get your points credited back. This is handled thru Perks, not lightspeed and any time I contacted them they've gotten back to me really quickly and resolved the problem. (This only works with stuff you 've cashed in for not to get points from surveys that haven't been received). Hope this helps

    I have been waiting for my gc for a while now and have yet to receive it.

    Wow, thanks for your help. I emailed them through their site before, but this looks like a different direction. I hope it works this time. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau yesterday, maybe something will get done!

    You should have gotten your gc on the same day, usually within the hour of redemption. Refer to chasity43 remarks. As she said, the prizes are through Perks and not Lightspeed.

    chasity43 thanks so much! I emailed Perks and received an answer the next day and received my points back to my account the next day! I already cashed in for Paypal, received an email about it. Need to check my Paypal account and see if it's there yet. Again, thanks so much!
