Kid did a survey in Dec for 500 points. Hit the submit to get your 500 points and a sweep entry... Got an error and it said to go back.

Emailed them about it on the 17th of Dec, Dec 30th AND Wed. Plus since I am uber smart I took screen shots and sent them out with the email

Think I heard anything about it? of course not....

Anyone else ever have any luck with emailing them? I had one issue before like 4 years ago and it was fixed right away... I refuse to do any more surveys until they fix this.. I don't have time for their non crediting bs, I really don't.

I quit doing surveys with them years ago. I hate those darn qualifiers - they are pages and pages long and then you don't qualify. Not worth my time.

I am doing a 80.00 one with them right now, they have already sent me a visa card with 10.00 on it, hope I get the rest when I return everything

Wow! how did you qualify for that one? I never get more than some points. .Im not complaining cause it adds up . .but I'd love a big one like that ..

My mil did a 2 part beverage survey a few months ago for 2500 pts and NEVER got credit!! emailed many, many times. NO response!!!!!

I started that same survey .. it timed out in the first part .. and I nevefr got to finish it .. or never got answers to my emails ..

I'm sure as long as you reeturn everything and do what you're supposed to you'll get your money. I did a beverage one with a palm pilot and got paid.

Yes, I did a beverage one with a palm pilot almost 2 years ago. Ended up finding a UPS place while I was on vacation to send everything back. Seems like the list of rules gets bigger but the amount paid doesn't!

My son did a palm pilot snack thingie and returned all the materials about a month ago, nothing yet. He got a $10 gift card with the original materials, is supposed to get another $60 in gift cards too. Still waiting.......Been burned by effin lightspeed before and had to go to the BBB to get paid.

stopped missing with them a couple years ago
