Redeemed Zoom Panel Points, Got a Phone THAT DOES NOT WORK!
I am very upset with Zoom Panel. I redeemed 7500 for a bedroom phone/radio/clock and it does not work (sent from incentivelogics). I immediately wrote to them three weeks ago, got a confirmation reference number and the email said they would get back to me within 24 hours. When I heard nothing in a week I re-sent the same email and got yet another reference confirmation number. It is now three weeks and I sent yet another email, got the same 'you will get a response within 24 hours' and yet ANOTHER reference confirmation number!
Has anyone else had a problem such as this and if so how in the world did you resolve it? THANKS for any help you might be able to offer! AND, btw, ALL THREE problems are listed in my account with 'unresolved' next to each!!

I had a problem with a flashlight (included batteries in package were old and had leaked battery acid into the package). IncentiveLogic did make good on it, actually they had the manufacturer that had mailed it to me to mail me another two flashlights.
Zoom has not been answering my emails for survey problems like they used to. I still have two unresolved items in my contact history, and at least one is from back in Sept.
Maybe you can find a phone numer for IncentiveLogic?

I also had a problem with them, got a travel clock radio, it came with the part the covers the batteries missing, and they would not replace it.

So far I have only ordered flashlights you plug in to recharge (LOVE THEM)
and a battery charger. Have had no problems. But may start thinking your on to something PrincessArky

I got a bathroom scale a couple of months ago, no problems. It works great. It is a digital type scale.

Quite awhile ago, we got an air compressor from them. The packaging was obviously opened and the thing was all scratched, etc. - I emailed them and they returned the points (I offered the air compressor back if they sent a return ship label but the didn't want it.)
My main complaint with them now is ALL the lousy 5 pt. surveys.

I am quitting Zoom Panel as soon as this is resolved. NOT worth the aggrevation...AT LEAST I HOPE it is resolved!

Glad to see the feedback. I have pts to spend and don't want to get stuck with garbage! Too bad they don't have gift cards anymore though.

THANKS SO MUCH! I still have gotten NO response so I will look into this! IT surely took me forever to accrue 7500 points and to receive something that doesn't work is really lousy. AND it is especially rotten that they will NOT even respond to my inquiries!
