    Are they answering any emails lately? They certainly haven't answered mine for the last couple of months, not even with answers that don't make sense!

    I sure hope they will replace your phone!

    I hope your problem gets resolved. I've had good luck with my items (mixer, Pyrex bakeware sets, travel clock, to name a few). The last time I ordered, I got some books. So far (knock wood) I haven't had a problem.

    NONE of my inquiries have been answered. I need to go to the BBB if I don't hear in a few more days....

    Did you try to find a phone number for them? I'm thinking they are located in AZ or NM, but that might not be correct.

    Are you writing to Zoomrewards or Incentive Logic? I think when I last redeemed, I got an email telling me a different address to contact if I didn't receive the reward. Didn't you get a receipt the day you cashed out? If you are writing to the Zoomrewards site directly in emails or via the site, they probably aren't going to be able to help, even if they do answer you.
    I wrote to them about missing points twice already on the site recently and they haven't replied to either of those.
    Try this address. I just realized they emailed me back today to tell me they aren't the ones who deal with missing points. It is probably the address YOU need:

    THIS is still NOT resolved! After the first of the year I am going to file a complaint with the BBB..I have so had it! AFTER 17 emails, THiS is the only response I got back on December 8th:

    I would try getting a real person on the phone. They gave you a contact number. Even though it's not toll free, it's worth a long distance call if you can get someone to fix the problem quickly.

    LOL.......I ended up redeeming my points for the 48 Piece Cutlery/Kitchen Combo Set and talk about junk. Most (99% of it) went either to Goodwill or the trash. I'm unhappy but at least I didn't invest any actual cash only time, which I have plenty of.
