Something new I learned from Memolink

Hi there. I'll be happy to award the 54 points to your account but I have a few concerns about these emails. Did you know that the points for viewing an email are only valid for 7 days? So when you have 13 that show click codes for the same day, it appears as if you are not checking them as often as we send them out. You may want to keep this in mind for the future. Have a good day! I didn't know Memolink give us a time limit. My Points will post the expiration date on their email---in fact if you click on them it will go to an expiration page. Wish Memolink did the same thing.

Wow I NEVER Knew that!!! thanks for the info. Did you email them about this. I knew that there emails also expire after about a week (you get no points to click on them), but I did NOT know about the fact they keep track of click codes per day.

I emailed them about not getting credit for those emails. They wanted the click codes. You can find the click codes in your account. Proves you clicked on them.

I was missing some 720 pts for doing the monthly survey so gave them the click code for those. They gave me the pts. They always want the click codes.

and the click codes are in the persons account for them to look up and the customer service reps there apparently have no access to that information? Make them look bit foolish or... why would they ask... not like we as members would ask for credit for a account we have no access to so.... makes them double foolish.... but I learned from memolinks site to not care anymore when I don't get credit unless of course I spent the big time >>>> time.... or cash.... I either get it or I don't and that is that.
