Thread: Ripped Off By MyView

I know for a fact that this has been happening to a lot of people lately since it happened to me about a month ago..... so if you're a MyView member be careful...

Here's what happens:

You reach the $25 cashout threshold (or so you think). Several weeks go by and you log into your account only to see that all of your completed surveys have been marked as "FRAUD" and your earned $ is gone. Next, you send an email to customer service and get a reply stating that your account has been suspended for "fraudulent" activities. All subsequent emails to support bounce.

After all of this, despite the fact that you are a "FRAUD", you continue to receive multiple MyView survey invitations and are unable to stop them as all of your emails to support get bounced back to you as undeliverable.


What to do if this has happened to you??

Call MyView "Customer Service" at 212-905-5500

File a complaint with the BBB of New York http://www.bbb.org

That could be why that after I complete a survey, then I enter my ifo, I get that I do not exist. I can never, log in.

I just hit the $25 mark today according to my written records. I haven't been able to log into my account for two weeks now.

Does anyone have the direct link to use a survey number to check on the status of the survey payment?

75 dollars worth from before they are full of crap. I also think it has to do with getting close to cash out and I have told them time and time again the policy they have now sucks. It's one thing if it's 5 or 10 dollars in one year but look....

took them almost a full six months to pay 2.00... plus now I have only 13 dollars banked and I don't think I will make it to 25 before the year is up. It's crap. Then they can just start throwing my credit back in the special kitty I can ony guess and party with it.
