I contacted perks about the paypal. I went thru lightspeed to where it says redeem points. then when i got on the perks page i clicked my account. then i clicked the order number where i ordered the paypal. when that page came up, there is a spot that says contact us about this order. i clicked that and got a contact page. sent the message thru there and perks contacted me, not lightspeed, you never hear from them

I had been doing the paypal for a while, but since I do a lot of amazon shopping I've started redeeming for all amazon gc's. I always get them within 24 hours of the time I request the gc. Most of the time it's just a couple of hours from the time of request.

Has anyone else had this problem? I did a survey about a week ago, one was part 1 and you got 500 points if qualified. Then, if you qualified, you would get part 2, which was worth 2000 points. I got the 500 points the next day after doing the survey. Then a day or so later, I received the other survey and qualified for the 2000 points, but still have not received credit for it. I tried contacting them by e-mail, but have not gotten any response. I finally found their phone number, so tomorrow I will be calling them! I want my 2000 points!!

You probable had the same problem I did there wasn't a submit button when you finished the survey! That was why you didn't get the points for the survey. I have sent them 3 e-mails about this and still haven't heard anything. I just got done sending another one let see if I hear from that one. I will let you know if I do.
