Thread: Qr account??

Same thing happened to me,had a balance and now everything is at zero.

If your account shows $0.00 and 0 points, that means that QR doesn't think that you are logged in.

You may have to close the browser and then try to log in again.

Clearing cookies is also supposed to help.

Are you using IE or FF (Firefox)? some people have better luck in FF.

You can't earn any points if QR doesn't think that you are logged in.

People here have suggested logging out and back in, closing browser and opening a new window, using FF instead of IE, dumping Temporary Internet Files and cookies . . .

If none of those work, I suggest you email QR for help.

Try the above click. I still get some hourly clicks. However the link is from My browser (previous links ALL) from before the site changed. I have always gotten more since the site changed and went through all kinds of problems. I haven't had any problems with it for a while not even the zero balance that some are complaining about now. But I better knock on wood. When I posted this link I got 5 pages of clicks. I have had up to 12 pages since the pages changed to 4 clicks per page.
