I just received this response from Netwinner regarding my complaint with the BBB (I rejected their first response saying they doubled my points).

On May 28, 2008, the business provided the following information:
We have reviewed your account and your card will be processed shortly. We should have this out with 1-2 weeks. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

Wonder if they are really going to pay? If so, thanks to Becky for giving us the big, BIG voice we needed to accomplish that. Maybe the complaints to the Attorney General made them have a change of heart.

I hate it when reward programs don't pay. I hope you all get the stuff that is owed to you. Keep following up with the BBB. Maybe they'll put enough pressure on them that they will pay.

Good Luck but please realize unless Netwinner is a member of BBB there is nothing the BBB can do but to call them & harass them into joining the BBB.
