    New Program Question?

I have been getting this email for every one of my PTR programs, even ones that I do not belong to anymore, thats why I think it is spam, this is what each one says, but they have my login info also, that I have not put here?
Has anyone else gotten this and do I have to do this if it is legit?

    Here it is.........

I got some also - some went to junk mail, others to my inbox. I know I closed them months ago and cashed out, so I know they don't owe me any money.

I just deleted them, or classified them as spam.

    I wouldn't download anything.

    Happy New Year
