I noticed one of the GC's on NW is Ecount, but it does say a $3 fee will be taken out, does anyone know how this works? TIA

The first time you redeem you will get a physical card. This is what the one time fee is for. Every redemption thereafter will be added as a reload with no fee. If there is no activity on the card for 90 days it may incur a charge, but I'm sure that won't be an issue.

It could be an issue since the time from cashout to actually receiving GCs is taking longer and longer. I am still waiting for a GC from August which is more than 70 days now. They had stated that the 60 day redemption time would improve but now is more like 80 days.

I also find that winning points has gotten harder and harder as time goes on (unless I am the only one with lousy luck).

Personally the way things stand now, I would be prepared to have to pay an inactive fee while waiting for refills on the card. Of course they could surprise me and start sending out the redemptions in less than 60 days......but I am not holding my breath.

With all 8 working sites, the points have been incredible for everyone I've spoken with. The delays have all been explained in the forums and are accepted by most. The site is growing, moving physically and the redemptions department has been working on getting everything current.

how do you get into the new nw forums? I click on community, and then on any of the 5(?) folders that show the categories and the nothing happens. this has been happening for the last two weeks. please share the explanations. ponts are ok- I used to get 1000-1500 a day before the super slowdown, and now I am getting the same again

Once you get to the different 5 folders just click on which one you want & it should open and you will see every one posting. You can all so log on to chat and ask a question there. Thats what i do. Most of the time a mod is in there that can help you.
